Naming Your Business

It all starts with naming your business. You have an amazing idea in your head and you're ready to bring it to life. You can always run your business under your own name, but only if you're a sole proprietor (not incorporated). When choosing a unique name for your business, you must first make sure that no one else is using it for their business and second register it. Unless you're a corporation you also cannot use LTD, INC, Incorporated or Limited after your business name.
